There might already be a 60hz one there, leave that alone. LCD standard will fill in the values for you and all you enter is the resolution and refresh rate. As far as I know, this is the only program for Windows that can reprogram the EDID on the monitor using modern GPUs. Currently it only supports AMD/ATI and NVIDIA GPUs.
