I'm not sure of the velocity but I shot it out to 800 yards yesterday and it matched 2750 fps come ups. The nice thing about TAC is I get +/- 0.1 gr straight from the powder dropper. I don't use h4895 but at 300 yds it will hang with re-15, n140, etc. You can get a lot in cases like 223 and drive it hard.
