Click "Optimize", wait until it's done, close it and now the mod is ready to play. To use this mod, you have to use the "showracemenu" console command. Because the ears are added as a facial hair slot. And that's all there is to it.

What it sounds like, off the top of my head, is the biped object is set wrong, either on the armor form or the armor addon (aa). First, make a backup copy of the mod.
